Our services
We build and run growth systems for businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your engagement are set out in the proposal we send you. Nothing on this website is a fixed quote or a guarantee of a specific result.
Payment and cancellation
Our engagements run as a monthly subscription unless we agree otherwise in writing. You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, the service stops at the end of your current period and you keep your data and your playbook. Full terms are in your agreement.
Your content and accounts
You own your accounts, your data, and the content we create for you. We only access your accounts to do the work you have asked us to do, and we hand everything back in your name.
Liability
We work hard to deliver, but we cannot promise specific outcomes from marketing and growth work. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question.
